Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ronin Links, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced in them. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 14; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Ronin Links lets merchants ("Merchants") create payment links denominated in RON, the native token of the Ronin blockchain, and lets payers ("Payers") pay those links directly from a compatible wallet. Ronin Links operates a smart contract ("PaymentRouter") that routes each payment between the Merchant's wallet and a platform fee wallet in a single on-chain transaction. Ronin Links does not take custody of funds at any point.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service, and you must comply with all laws applicable to you when using the Service, including any restrictions on the use of cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is lawful where you live or operate.

Merchants must provide accurate registration information, including a valid wallet address, and are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure. New Merchant accounts start unverified and may be reviewed, approved, verified, or suspended by Ronin Links at its discretion. Verification status is informational and is not a guarantee, endorsement, or warranty of a Merchant's identity, product, or conduct.

Merchants set the title, description, amount, recipient wallet, and expiry for each payment link they create. Ronin Links charges a platform fee, calculated as a percentage of each payment and capped by the PaymentRouter smart contract, which is deducted automatically at the time of payment. The current fee is displayed on each payment page before a Payer confirms payment. Fees are non-refundable once a payment is confirmed on-chain.

Ronin Links is non-custodial: we never hold, control, or have access to RON or any other assets sent through the Service. Every payment is a direct wallet-to-wallet transaction executed by the PaymentRouter smart contract. We cannot reverse, cancel, refund, or otherwise modify a transaction once it has been broadcast to the Ronin blockchain. Disputes between Merchants and Payers about goods, services, or refunds are solely between those parties.

Use of blockchain technology and digital wallets carries inherent risks, including but not limited to price volatility, irreversible transactions, loss of private keys or seed phrases, smart contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, and regulatory uncertainty. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. Ronin Links is not responsible for losses resulting from user error, compromised wallets, or third-party wallet or infrastructure failures.

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, financing of terrorism, sale of prohibited goods or services, or to evade sanctions. You may not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, the PaymentRouter contract, or other users' accounts. We may suspend or terminate access for any account reasonably suspected of violating this section.

The Service integrates with third-party wallets and services, including Ronin Wallet and the Ronin Waypoint Deposit SDK, to let Payers connect wallets or purchase RON with a card. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, security, or conduct. Ronin Links is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Sky Mavis or the Ronin Network.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any smart contract is free of vulnerabilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ronin Links and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the total fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ronin Links and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your payment links, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 6, 7, 10, 11, and 12, will survive.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ronin Links operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where local law requires otherwise. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and, failing that, through the courts or arbitration forum designated in a future update to this section.
