Ronin Links is designed to be non-custodial and to minimize the personal data we collect. This policy describes our practices for the limited account, usage, and technical data we do collect.

Merchant account data: name, email address, hashed password, and wallet address provided at signup.

Payment link content: titles, descriptions, and amounts that Merchants choose to publish on payment pages.

Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically when you use the Service.

Wallet and transaction data: public wallet addresses and transaction hashes associated with payments made through the Service, which are also independently visible on the public Ronin blockchain.

We use the information above to operate the Service, including authenticating accounts, displaying payment pages, calculating fees, sending webhook notifications configured by Merchants, reviewing and verifying Merchant accounts, remembering your language preference, detecting fraud or abuse, and complying with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Transactions made through the PaymentRouter smart contract are recorded on the public Ronin blockchain and are visible to anyone, independent of Ronin Links. Wallet addresses, transaction amounts, and timestamps cannot be deleted or made private once broadcast on-chain, and this data falls outside our control.

We use a small number of cookies necessary for the Service to function, including a session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that remembers your chosen language. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We share limited data with infrastructure providers that help us run the Service, such as our hosting and database providers, and with wallet and payment infrastructure providers such as Ronin Wallet and the Ronin Waypoint Deposit SDK when you choose to use them. These providers only receive the data needed to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy terms.

We retain account and payment link data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs. Because blockchain records are immutable, on-chain transaction data persists indefinitely on the Ronin network regardless of what happens to your Ronin Links account.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account data, including password hashing and signed webhook payloads. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and wallet private keys.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. You can update your account details from your dashboard settings or contact us to make a request. We cannot alter or delete data that has already been recorded on the public blockchain.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

We may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where required, we take steps intended to ensure that personal data receives an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
